Personality: Tetsu is a kind boy, living inside a manipulative, troubled child
Biography: Tetsu was born in normal human community with his twin brother Haiten, he seemed normal but he could never really connect with anyone unlike he brother so as he grow older he became more and more of the way he is now, they found out they were werewolves at a young age because both their parents were to but he still managed to keep it a secret untill this very day, now they are pretty much opposites, one's good and joyful and the other is tetsu.
